Yes! You can select the option to Click’n’Collect your order during checkout (Icon Pictured Below).
You will receive a confirmation email, then once your order has been assembled by staff, you will receive a second email indicating your order is ready for collection.
PLEASE WAIT for this second email before attempting collection!
What do I need for Collection of my order?
For Click’n’Collect orders paid online, we must see photo ID matching the information entered during your order. If your address has changed and your photo ID has not been updated, please use the secondary shipping address to enter your photo ID address.
We recommend having your order ID number or show us the collection email on your phone. While this is not essential, this maintains discretion for you – removing the need to announce your name during collection.
If you appear under 25 you may be asked for Photo ID even if your order is Pay In-Store.
Failure to present matching photo ID for a pre-paid order may prevent you from collecting your order. Worst case your order may be refunded. If paid using Credit Card via Stripe, your order refund may take between 5 and 14 days for your bank to process and settle the funds back into your account (this is beyond our control). If paid by Paypal, the refunds mostly process the same day back to your Paypal account.
Can I do Click n Collect and Pay In-Store?
Yes! Once Click’n’Collect is selected during checkout, you can then select the Pay In-Store option. Please Note that Photo ID may still be required for collection if you appear under 25.
Please note unpaid orders will be cancelled after 72 hours and stock returned to the shelves if no other arrangements are made for collection.
How long before I can collect my order?
Typically around 1 hour is a safe margin, however during very busy periods (Friday and Saturday Nights in particular) this may vary. It is always safest to wait until you receive the collection email from us.
When can I collect my order?
Once you’ve received your email, you can collect during our business hours. Typically between 10.30am and midnight, except Sundays between 12 noon and midnight.
